Erika Donalds- President 2016 & Founding Member
Erika is Chief Financial Officer and Partner at Dalton, Greiner, Hartman, Maher & Co., LLC (DGHM), a New York-based investment group with $1.8 billion in assets under management. She has been with the firm since 2002 and is responsible for the finance, compliance, and operations of the company.
Erika graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Accounting from Florida State University and has a Masters in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
Erika is a founding member and President of Parents R.O.C.K. (Parents’ Rights Of Choice for Kids), a non-profit focused on uniting parents and providing representation on state and local education issues. She was a founding Advisory Board Member and Director of Operations for Mason Classical Academy, a Hillsdale College public charter school in Collier County.
Erika Donalds was selected by Speaker Richard Corcoran to serve on the Constitutional Review Commission in 2017. She is one of 37 people who will present possible Amendments to the Florida Constitution to vote on in 2018. This is an extraordinary honor.
Erika and her husband Byron moved to Naples in 2002 and immediately dedicated themselves to the community. They have both used their business backgrounds to counsel countless families in the areas of budgeting, financial planning and credit restoration. They are also active members of Living Word Family Church of Naples, serving the youth ministry and volunteering on the church’s leadership committee. Erika & Byron have three sons, Damon, Darin and Mason.
